Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

900 g (2 lbs) sweet potatoes, cut into wedges (about 8 per potato)
30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
10 ml (2 tsp) SIFTO Kosher Salt
5 ml (1 tsp) black pepper
  non-stick cooking spray

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 230ºC (450ºF). Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake until tender and golden, turning once occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until crisp outside and tender inside. Serve immediately.
