Shrimp with Tomatoes & Feta

| 30 ml (2 tbsp) |
olive oil |
| 2 |
garlic cloves, minced |
| 500 ml (2 cups) |
cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 450 g (1 lb) |
medium shrimp (about 21/25 ct.) |
| 50 ml (1/4 cup) |
sliced green onion |
| 50 ml (1/4 cup) |
feta cheese, crumbled |
| 5 ml (1 tsp) |
SIFTO Sea Salt Fine Crystals |
| 2 ml (1/2 tsp) |
black pepper |
DIRECTIONS
- In large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in tomatoes and cook until soft, about 3 minutes
- Add shrimp and green onions; cook until shrimp are pink.
- Sprinkle on feta, salt and pepper; heat until cheese is softened.
